In Champaign or Urbana, leasing an apartment, house, or parking space from BMI Management is simple! You can preview any one of our fine residences from noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday by calling the office to set up an appointment. We respect our tenant’s privacy, so we would need to make special arrangements with them if you would like to see an apartment during these times or any others.
BMI makes it easy for any tenant to sign a lease. Simply fill out our on-line Apartment Application and submit it online. We will contact you in order to set a time to come to our office to sign the lease. Your Security Deposit will be due at the time the lease is signed, along with a copy driver’s license. Please ask our leasing agents regarding any necessary paperwork that you may need.
